Your Design, Your Approval

You design your jersey yourself using our step-by-step design wizard. You choose the sport, colors, name, number, and every detail. You preview it before you pay. What you see is what you get.

  • Design your jersey at your own pace — change anything, as many times as you want
  • Preview your jersey before checkout
  • You only pay when you're happy with the design
  • Once you pay, your design goes straight to production
Important: Once you complete checkout, your jersey enters production immediately. Changes cannot be made after payment.

Manufacturing Defects

We take quality seriously. If your jersey arrives with any manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no cost to you.

Covered defects include:

  • Printing errors (colors, alignment, missing elements)
  • Stitching or seam defects
  • Material flaws or damage
  • Sizing errors (if different from approved design)

To report a defect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide photos showing the defect
  • Include your order number
  • We'll review and process your replacement immediately

Sizing

Since every jersey is custom-made to order, we are unable to offer size exchanges. Please review our size chart carefully and measure before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable athletic fit.

If you receive a jersey that does not match the size you ordered (a manufacturing error), contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.

Why no cancellations after production starts: Every jersey is custom-printed to your exact design. Once printing begins, your jersey cannot be reused or resold. Please review your design carefully before checkout.

Returns

Since every jersey is custom-printed to your exact design, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, size preference, or design preference. You preview everything before you pay — what you see is what you get.

We will replace your jersey at no cost if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect (see above)
  • The jersey was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item
  • The printed jersey is significantly different from your approved design
To request a replacement: Email support@iplayedfor.com with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery. We respond within 48 hours.
