How Our Guarantee Works
If your jersey arrives with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us at support@iplayedfor.com within 14 days of delivery
- Send us photos showing the issue along with your order number
- We'll review it and respond within 48 hours
- If it's a defect on our end, we'll replace your jersey at no cost
Manufacturing Defect Coverage
Any defect in materials or workmanship is covered for free replacement:
- Printing errors (wrong colors, misalignment, fading)
- Stitching defects or seam separation
- Material flaws or damage
- Size received doesn't match the size you ordered
